Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once you have your photographs and for some reason are not happy, please get in touch. In order to dispute the purchase no images can be used on social media etc. No refunds will be allowed because you didn’t like your stage condition or placing. I provide high quality clear images and that is what is paid for. I will only refund if images are out if focus, blurry and not useable
